Port Loop is a major canalside regeneration scheme transforming former industrial land close to Birmingham city centre into a new residential community.
Working for Keon Homes, we supplied and erected the timber frame for this phase, which is being delivered for Midland Heart.
The demanding programme made continuity of production and supply essential. Our manufacturing facilities in Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire provide the capacity to produce multiple large wall panels and floor cassettes at the same time.
Careful coordination across manufacturing, logistics and erection helped maintain progress and quality throughout the project.
