We have a particular focus in the private residential and hospitality sectors and work in partnership with some of the biggest names in the business, championing the use of timber frame construction across the industry.

Port Loop, Birmingham

Walker Timber Engineering supplied and erected the timber frame for Keon Homes on a major affordable housing phase at Port Loop.

Bellway Homes – Penny Way, Snaith

Walker Timber Engineering supplied timber-frame housing for 160 new homes at Bellway Homes Yorkshire’s Penny Way development in Snaith.

Avada Homes – Four Miles, Docking

Walker Timber Engineering supplied ThermaTech factory-insulated wall panels and floor cassettes for 77 high-specification homes at Four Miles in Docking.

Travelodge

Walker Timber Engineering was contracted to design, manufacture and supply the timber frames for a large Travelodge hotel. The project needed to be delivered in a short timescale, without compromising on quality.

Beacon Barracks in Stafford

Walker Timber Engineering provided a complete engineered timber solution for a large housing development at Beacon Barracks in Stafford. The project included the design and supply of timber kits, insulated wall panels, floor cassettes and roof trusses.
