Four Miles brings together cottages, barns and apartments designed to complement its North Norfolk setting. The varied mix of properties required a flexible timber-frame solution that could maintain consistent quality throughout the development.
We manufactured the package at our Wisbech facility, including ThermaTech factory-insulated wall panels and floor cassettes.
ThermaTech panels are insulated under controlled factory conditions, helping to maintain fabric performance while reducing waste, installation time and work on site. The floor cassettes also provided a fast and practical flooring solution.
Manufacturing both systems in-house gave our team close control over quality, programme and delivery.
